Neotronic Arts is proud to introduce the FAITH initiative.

Neotronic Arts believes that together we can visualize a way forward - ensuring the future fulfillment of our organization through collective fulfillment.

To this end the FAITH initiative will be robustly implemented at all levels of Neotronic Arts, led by our new Chief Happiness Officer, Chip.

What is FAITH?

The FAITH initiative sits squarely on five pillars:
At work, at play, in intimate situations with loved ones, colleagues or friends, doing household chores. FAITH will move us, and NeoTronic Arts, to a happier, serene existence. 

F-A-I-T-H is:

FUN!™
Fun is the keystone of the FAITH initiative. With FUN!™  we connect with each other and with our surroundings to form a better team. Without FUN!™ we can not connect with our inner child. And even if we did that child wouldn't like us. Think about that…

ACCEPTANCE
…allows us to move forward together. Really accepting the individuals in our team allows us to drastically tighten the bonds of intimacy, at work, in intimate situations with loved ones, colleagues or friends. Our acceptance of each other increases our FAITH in one another.

INSIGHT
As we develop insight into others and into ourselves we gain insight as a group thinking and enhancing FAITH in one another.

TRUST
Without trust there can be no FAITH. If we can not trust ourselves then how can we have FAITH in ourselves? If there is no FAITH then how can we trust?

HARMONY
The five pillars of FAITH are all strong on their own. But together they combine to create the strongest structure that we can have together.

All employees will be compelled to sign a contract that declares their FAITH in Neotronic Arts.
